INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
The INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE is one of the oldest methods of healing.It has been practiced in India for thousands of years.
Families would massage each others heads for health and comfort which also bonded the family members(as do primates}.
Its a wonderful way to de-stress neck and shoulders,where a great deal of tension is created by working over a desk or computer or heavy lifting for example,or if you suffer from migraine or headaches.
I must stress though, that I cannot treat a person whilst they have a migraine but very often a person will know when they have a migraine coming on and thats when an Indian head massage can prevent a migraine attack.
So either before or after a migraine would be an excellent relief to someone that suffers in this way.
There is no need to undress for an Indian head massage but you will be asked to remove jewelery and shoes and loosen tight upper clothing.
You will also be asked if scented essential oils with either grapeseed or almond oil in your hair would be acceptable.

The oil should be warm but not hot, so stand it on or near a radiator for around half an hour before using it.
However, if you choose not to use oil, you can still give an incredibly effective head massage. Just five minutes will make a difference ; a full half hour or more will be the icing on the cake.
